The Emotional Compass shows us how emotions shift between Protect and Connect, and how every feeling has two faces depending on our state.
But this is only the beginning.
Once we understand these nervous system shifts, a deeper question emerges:
If emotions move between states, how do those shifting states shape the self we think we are?
That’s where the next layer begins.
In Map Level 2 – The Ego Persona Construct, we’ll explore:
- How emotional survival modes shape the masks we wear.
- Why we confuse those masks with our identity.
- And how our “false self” is built from the emotional strategies we needed to survive.
If Framework 01 shows us the compass, Framework 02 shows us the map of the masks we’ve been carrying.
