I created TEG-Blue because I am tired of watching people suffer.
TEG-Blue is licensed under Creative Commons because I want every part of this framework to be accessible—to individuals, to communities, to academia, to science, to anyone who seeks emotional clarity and repair.
I am not an academic. I am not a scientist. I am a person who has lived through emotional harm, through systemic silence, through moments where I had almost nothing—and still chose to build something that could help others.
TEG-Blue has taken me years. It has taken my solitude, my resilience, and my belief in something better. There were times I was nearly homeless. Times when no one believed in me. But I believed in this. And I kept going.
I want the world to use TEG-Blue. I want it to ripple through research, therapy, education, AI ethics, and everyday relationships. But I also ask—please name me. Please cite me. Please honor the labor and love that went into this.
This is not just a framework. It is my offering. My call for emotional clarity, healing, and systemic change. My hope for a world where my nieces and nephews can grow up free from the invisible emotional patterns that distort who we are meant to be.
I believe this work deserves to be seen. And I believe that together, we can build a world where emotional truth is not rare—but foundational.
