Making emotional patterns visible for healing and repair
INTERACTIVE EMOTIONAL TOOLS
1. What It Is
A living platform that turns emotional theory into daily practice.
The TEG-Blue Interactive Tools site transforms the core frameworks of The Emotional Gradient Blueprint into practical, visual tools.
Each tool helps people recognize where they are emotionally, understand what’s happening in their system, and find pathways back to safety, clarity, and connection.
These tools aren’t apps for “tracking mood.”
They’re instruments of emotional pattern recognition — like diagnostic dashboards for the nervous system, built from trauma-informed logic.
2. How It Works
Simple, visual, and designed for emotional safety.
Each interactive tool is built around three core functions:
- Recognition – Identify your current emotional mode or state (Connect, Protect, Control, Tyranny).
- Reflection – See what drives it: triggers, needs, or relational patterns.
- Navigation – Receive visual pathways or practices that help you regulate and reconnect.
The site is modular: every framework (like The Emotional Gradient, The Ego Persona Construct, or The Bias Architecture) becomes a digital tool with sliders, gradients, and visual maps.
Users can interact with each layer at their own pace — or professionals can use them as shared tools in therapy, coaching, education, and AI testing.
3. How It Helps People
Emotional clarity made practical.
- For individuals: helps identify emotional states without shame, and find self-regulation pathways.
- For therapists and educators: provides a shared visual language to explain emotional dynamics clearly.
- For organizations: supports leadership, accountability, and culture repair through measurable emotional safety tools.
- For AI research: creates data models to train and test emotional understanding safely.
Every tool is rooted in the same trauma-informed philosophy: we can’t change what we can’t see. These tools make emotion visible — so repair becomes possible.
4. Where It Comes From
A system born from survival, research, and design.
The tools are built from over a year of full-time research, integrating 30+ scientific models across psychology, neuroscience, education, and AI ethics.
Each interactive element is based on visual frameworks from The Emotional Gradient Blueprint (TEG-Blue) — developed by Anna Paretas, a neurodivergent designer and systems thinker with 25 years of experience in visual communication.
The site reflects years of design work turned into emotional infrastructure: the meeting point between human empathy, design logic, and systemic repair.
5. Tools in Preparation

Each tool will be available in English and Spanish, with plans to translate to other languages.
6. Business & Scalability Vision
Emotional technology for humans, education, and AI.
The tools platform is built for scalability — as both a social innovation and a business model.
Short-term:
- Freemium access for individuals and educators.
- Subscription tiers for professionals and institutions.
- Optional licensing for universities and AI labs.
Mid-term:
- Integration with therapy, education, and HR systems.
- Research partnerships for emotional data validation.
- Open-source contributions for ethical AI datasets.
Long-term:
- Emotional Technology API — embedding TEG-Blue logic in digital systems.
- Certification for emotional safety standards across tech, education, and governance.
The goal:
To make emotional literacy measurable, teachable, and scalable — without losing humanity or nuance.
